PRIVATE CONSULTATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing our services. To ensure that both our clients and practitioners can manage their time effectively, we kindly ask that you review the following guidelines related to private consultations with our naturopaths.

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time and receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel or fail to show up (no-show) within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 50% pre-paid payment for the consultation will be retained. Unfortunately, no refunds will be offered for cancellations or no-shows made after this period.

2. Rescheduling Policy:

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.

  • Rescheduling will not be available within 48 hours of the appointment. If you need to reschedule, please click on the "Change/Cancel Appointment" button in the email confirmation you received.
