REFUND POLICY

At Good Vibes Organics, we aim to provide the highest quality products and service. If you encounter an issue with your order, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at info@goodvibesorganics.com.au. This includes cases where you have received an incorrect item, an item was damaged during transit, or a faulty product. Please contact us before returning any product so we can guide you through the process.

If you received a damaged or faulty item, we require a clear photo of the item along with proof of purchase (receipt).

Eligibility for Returns

For a return to be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in their original condition, sealed, and unused.

  • Include all tags and original, undamaged, saleable packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Mistaken purchases.

  • Unwanted gifts.

  • Bulk items or perishables.

  • Sale items.

  • Gift cards.

Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions via email or phone on how to return the item.

  • If the issue was our mistake, we will cover the cost of return shipping and any replacement shipment.

  • If the error was on your part, you will be responsible for the return and replacement shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
